Opportunity

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Manager who is passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent across various engineering, product, and business operations roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of each role, source top candidates, and guide them through the recruiting process. The Recruiting Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources.

Reports to:
Senior Director of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract talent across a variety of roles.
  • Recruiting Process: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience and consistent approaches for interviewing.
  • Campus Recruiting and Internship Program: Lead campus recruiting efforts, including organizing, and participating in university career fairs and building relationships with universities to attract talent. Manage the summer internship program, including manager support, learning opportunities, and engagement events.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand skills and experience requirements and compensation ranges. Advise on market trends and best practices.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends, new sourcing tools, conferences, and hiring legislation.
  • Manage: This role will be responsible for managing the Recruiting Coordinator.
  • Travel: This role will travel as need to campus events and conferences (~25%)Skills & Requirements

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, background in engineering also preferred
  • Proven track record of recruiting in start-up environments, where agility, resourcefulness, and hands-on approach are essential
  • Experience with Campus Recruiting and building relationships with universities
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong at relationship-building and networking.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
