Edged has an exciting opportunity for a BIM/VDC Manager. In this position you will work directly with our Design and Construction Teams and be responsible for the 3D aspect of Design and Construction of Edged Energy's construction projects.  We are looking for someone who can provide direction and implementation of leading edge and industry disruptive BIM/VDC practices, and rapidly scale them globally. The BIM/VDC Manager needs to set up and drive the correct BIM/VDC processes, reports, analytics, training, and feedback loops with our production, construction, and design partners, and with our vendors. The BIM/VDC Manager needs to be proficient in Revit and other 3D software and have experience in setting up and leading outsourced BIM/VDC consulting teams.

The BIM/VDC Manager should be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team. • Commercial and/or Mission Critical construction experience implementing new technologies or processes on larger and/or repeatable construction projects.
• Field or PM experience on larger construction projects.
• Experience in using Revit and other 3D software to build construction models.
• Proficiency in the Autodesk Suite and the MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or other applicable discipline preferred.
