We are seeking a Controller to join the Endeavour group, working directly with the accounting team, and focusing on developing accounting policies and overseeing all financial procedures of the Company. • Hands-on management and execution of all accounting, closings and general ledgers and financial reporting for multiple companies.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures; implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
• Manage treasury, monitor cash flow, and update projections.
• Produces the annual budget and forecasts; reports significant budget differences to management.
• Provides financial analysis, with emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
• Pivotal role in controllership and accounting activities for several international construction projects and interfacing with international joint venture partners.
• Works closely with outside accounting firms to maximize tax advantaged strategies and facilitate tax compliance for our multi-state and international platform.

• CPA preferred or comparable experience with CPA level knowledge.  
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Requires four years or more of related experience.
• Requires experience with GAAP reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with Bill.com is a plus.
• Construction knowledge a plus.
• Experience moving from internally prepared financials to running point on review level or audited financials.  
• Experience with investor communications and reporting.
