Opportunity

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for an Emerging Technologies Market Analyst to join our team, working directly with Endeavour’s Founder, Technology Leaders, Energy Markets and Strategic Development Teams.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and the ability to understand the technical aspects of innovative products in solar, EV, data center and emerging renewable energy markets. This role requires the ability to communicate the differentiators of emerging technologies to non-technical personnel. The right person should have a strong interest in one or more of the following areas: technology, sustainability, energy economics, finance, energy efficiency, market analytics, climate change, policy, and business development. We’re seeking a self-starter, a systems-thinker, a great problem-solver, and a great communicator, especially using data. The right person must be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, able to do good market research and provide strong analytics, and track milestones and business development progress for multiple products/projects simultaneously. This role requires a high level of organization, high EQ, and the ability to work well with different kinds of people and teams across Endeavour’s ecosystem.

The Emerging Technologies Market Analyst will be expected to provide market insight and analytics for emerging tech teams within the Endeavour Ecosystem and help devise and implement appropriate market strategies. This person should expect to meet with tech teams on location as needed. The contributions of the Emerging Technologies Market Analyst will have a significant impact on day-to-day activities that are critical to the success of Endeavour’s Ecosystem.

Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced quantitative and economic analysis of energy and emerging technology markets to provide insights for business development opportunities.
  • Evaluate the impact of future market trends and regulations and support the development of strategies for product-market fit.
  • Support development efforts with market research, proposal development and thought leadership in collaboration with Energy Markets, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Analyzing operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
  • Presenting findings and recommended actions.
  • Tracking projects and creating dashboards in our management system.
  • Providing patent process administration.
  • Supporting and guiding senior leadership decision-making processes.

Education and Experience

  • BS/BA degree in the areas of Engineering, Energy Policy, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Operations Research, Sustainability, Product or Process Development, or any related quantitative subject.
  • 5+ years in research and analytics in any of the following industries: solar/energy storage, EVs, data centers, and renewable fuels.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
