Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Administrator (EA) who is passionate about sustainability and eager to get a foot in the door of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. The EA works directly with Endeavour’s Founder and reports to Endeavour’s Administrative Manager. This role has a birds-eye view of everything that’s happening in Endeavour’s ecosystem. It is a high-visibility role and comes with high expectations. And while this role holds a lot of responsibility, we offer a great deal of flexibility to ensure a strong work-life balance. The EA supports Endeavour’s executive team by helping the Founder remain organized and responsive, ensuring that critical information gets communicated throughout the organization in a timely manner. The EA is responsible for managing communications and schedules and for supporting the Administrative Manager on various projects. Additionally, the EA is responsible for managing the NDA process for all Endeavour tech companies as well as tracking Patents and Trademarks. Because Endeavour is rapidly scaling a diverse portfolio of next-gen tech companies and managing a wide range of activities, the EA plays an integral role in helping Endeavour’s team remain efficient.

We are looking for someone agile, professional, and comfortable in a dynamic, fluid, and primarily remote environment. The right person must be trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, an excellent communicator, can think strategically to anticipate executive needs, and works equally as well independently as with a team. The right person should be goal-oriented and eager to learn and grow. The contributions of the EA will have a significant impact on day-to-day activities of the Founder and the Endeavour’s Support Team that are critical to successful management of the Endeavour ecosystem. We would like the Executive Administrator to be on site working side-by-side with the Founder 2-3 days per week and remotely the other business days. The schedule will change from week to week based on the Founder’s travel schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Founder’s calendar and responding to meeting requests that require frequent re-prioritization.
  • Managing the Founder’s email, making sure requests/questions are responded to and action items are followed-up on in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a professional, calm, kind demeanor in all communications through email and other comms channels, remembering that you are an extension of the Founder and company.
  • Knowing when to pull the Administrative Manager, Chief of Staff, and tech experts into meetings with the Founder to ensure there is always someone other than the Founder who can bring important takeaways back to the broader team to follow up on.
  • Attending meetings, taking notes, and handling meeting follow-up as needed.
  • Conducting research and supporting the Administrative Manager with special projects.
  • Writing / editing business documents as needed.
  • Managing the NDA process for Endeavour and all Endeavour tech teams, with the exception of the Edged data center platform and ThermalWorks cooling technology platform, which will be handled by their Administrators. However, when the Edged DC Administrator is out of office, the Endeavour EA will be responsible for covering Edged NDAs until their EA’s return.
  • Supporting the Administrative Manager & HR team with planning and coordination of company events.
  • Handling sensitive/confidential business information with discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Learning as much as possible by observing and listening so that you can identify areas of inefficiency and be proactive in suggesting and implementing solutions for improvement.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience working for senior/c-level management in a fast-paced environment.

  • Polished and professional demeanor and communication style, both oral and written
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, SharePoint, Forms)
  • Able to learn new systems quickly (i.e. Monday.com)
  • Strong organizational skills—able to prioritize, plan, and perform multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to quickly follow-up and solve administrative issues.
  • Self-directed, able to make decisions, and manages time well.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, good listener, and always receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Experienced handling communications over multiple time zones.
  • Flexible with schedule and able to work odd/off hours as necessary.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity.
  • Enthusiastic about challenges, comfortable with change, and eager to learn.
  • Works well under pressure, meets deadlines, and sees projects through to completion.
  • Highly responsive, courteous, professional, reliable, and always uses good judgment.
  • Savvy with internet research.
