Opportunity

Edged has an exciting opportunity for a Facility Support Coordinator to join the North America Operations Team. In this position you will work directly with the Site Mangar based in Atlanta and will support operational execution at the site.

We are looking for someone who provides experience managing and reviewing service agreements, controlling financial and commercial aspects of the business including purchase order and budget review as well as operational supporting managing critical environments. Responsibilities include ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, maintaining accurate records, managing reports and supporting the organizations procurement activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of contract terms and conditions. The Facility Support Coordinator needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team. Operations Director

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise related to financial controllership (accuracy, forecasting & compliance) of datacenter financials.
  • Track contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and resolve any potential disputes.

Operational Support:

  • Manage the financial and commercial aspects of site contracts including related PO and invoice reviews.
  • Prepare weekly spend review reports based on planned budget
  • Assist with tracking of datacenter Maintenance and Repair activities
  • Support Customer requests
  • Evaluate cost savings opportunities and implement strategic projects to realize savings
  • Act on opportunities to increase agility, and contribute to workstreams to evolve processes, services, and solutions for Operations and Service Level Agreements

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and assess the quality of operational outputs to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Implement measures to maintain and improve service quality.
  • Effectively allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet operational demands.
  • Regularly assess service agreement providers performance against established KPI metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Implement and monitor procedures to mitigate operational risks.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered).
  • Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in contract administration.
  • Proven experience in a supervisor or managerial role within operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Efficient organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Technologically savvy with a willingness to independently learn new technical skills.
