We are seeking a Financial Analyst to work directly with Financial, Project Management, Operations, and Platform Technology Teams to streamline and optimize financial management and reporting workflows.

• Collaborate with Capital Development and Operations Teams, as well as Business Partners, to support financial reporting of Edged cost controls including but not limited to: budget management, forecasting, change management, pay application and invoice verification.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop performance metrics and financial reports/dashboards and implement workflows to sustain reporting across multiple facilities.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of budgets and cost codes across multiple budgets with varying levels of detail and in various phases of capital development.
• Collaborate and lead discussions with key stakeholders to ensure process compliance.
• Lead discussions with key stakeholders to continually improve and automate reporting and cost control processes. Develop reports and tools as needed.
• Partner with Financial and Platform Technology teams to develop requirements to support automated financial reporting for key internal stakeholders and business/JV partners.
• Collaborate with Platform Technology team to continuously improve cost management platform configurations to support improved workflows, system integrations, and data management.
• Review and analyze financial data to continually refine and develop financial reports. Derive additional insights into capital project profitability.
• Support business/JV Partner communications on financial reporting for Edged Spain, with opportunity to expand to other Edged deployments.

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years finance experience
• Minimum 2 years on large-scale (50M+) capital development projects
• Experience in Construction Management, Facilities Management, and Data Center Colocation industries highly preferred
• Experience developing and maintaining financial reports for executive leadership and JV Partners
• Experience working in client-facing roles and with executive leadership

• Expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and managing spend
• Expertise in collaborating and developing processes to support financial reporting
• Strong aptitude and expertise working in financial management software. Candidate with experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud – Autodesk Cost, Sage Intacct, and SAP is preferred
• Experienced in Power BI, Tableau, or similar application is preferred
• Willing to overlap with US East Coast hours
• Fluent in English required
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
