Opportunity

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be a vital member of the leadership team of the North American division of Edged Data Centers. We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. This role will report to the Assistant Controller and support our business leaders in making informed decisions. He/she will help to establish financial reporting processes and create custom financial schedules via collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations, as well as the company’s ERP support. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will analyze financial data, address budget variances, develop forecasts, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial reporting key POC for ERP transition - from Sage to NetSuite.
  • Primary administrator for ERP reporting configuration and system issues.
  • Understand new ERP accounting module configuration requirements and convey to external integration team. Test and confirm completion.
  • Develop custom monthly and YTD consolidated financial statements and other standard monthly analysis reports.
  • Create month-end consolidation and inter-company elimination processes for multi-layered joint venture organization structure.
  • Develop monthly automated CIP allocations.
  • Create custom monthly management reporting package to highlight Data Center revenue, CIP, budget variances, and operational profitability.
  • Collaborate with IT to develop Management Financial Dashboard.
  • Prepare year-end audit schedules as required.
  • Interact regularly with ERP integration teams, construction project managers, operations managers, and other stakeholders regarding budgets, spending, and other financial metrics, to create concise, standard, and monthly reporting.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of five years of relevant reporting and financial analysis experience.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP systems is required. 3+ years preferred
  • Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.
  • Experience with ERP system implementation or migration is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • Experience in data center, real estate, or construction industries is beneficial.
  • East coast location preferred.

Additional Role Information

  • The United States targeted base salary pay range for this position is: $85,000-$100,000 + bonus (this range will vary by location)
  • This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending and HSA accounts; paid holidays; unlimited PTO; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
  • This position is Bonus eligible.
  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
