Endeavour’s Pact group has an exciting opportunity for a Process Pilot Plant Operator to join the team, working directly with the Pact Fuels division and focusing on operating a commercial pilot to convert waste plastics to liquid fuels.

Professional operators are vital members of Endeavour’s PACT Fuels team. We are looking for someone who has experience operating high temperature process equipment:

- Plastic processing equipment such as injection molding, pyrolysis, etc.

- Boiler operation.

- Other chemical processes that involve high temperature unit operations.

• Shift Supervisor responsible for hands on operation of equipment
• Supervise 2 technicians

• Successful candidate will have experience with processes where there is physical and chemical change between input and output.
• Experience working in a high temperature process equipment environment is required.

• Besides operating the equipment, the candidate must exhibit skills to identify any problems accurately to the engineering team.
• Follow instructions for trouble shooting and make modifications (if required)
• Must be able to work with PLC and ladder logic.
