Opportunity

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for a Strategy Analyst to join our team, working directly with our Chief of Staff and Founder.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of engineering who is familiar with business operations and hungry to learn and grow. The right person is a systems-thinker, a great problem solver, and good at analysis. The right person must be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, able to track multiple projects simultaneously, able to spot organizational inefficiencies, and able to provide strategies for improvement. This role requires high EQ, excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, self-motivation, and the ability to work well with different kinds of people across Endeavour’s ecosystem.

The Strategy Analyst will be expected to attend various meetings of Endeavour’s Launch Vehicle teams and should be able to comprehend technical discussions well enough to report on Launch Vehicle progress and constraints. The Strategy Analyst should be able to think quickly and work with the Chief of Staff to devise and implement appropriate solutions. The contributions of the Strategy Analyst will have a significant impact on day-to-day activities that are critical to successful management of the Endeavour ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
  • Helping to align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with organizational strategy.
  • Attending Launch Vehicle meetings to assess progress, learn about constraints, and ensure that Launch Vehicle support needs are met so that they can achieve their goals.
  • Analyzing operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
  • Perform market research/analysis and collect customer insights to help tech development teams with product-market fit.
  • Presenting findings and recommended actions.
  • Tracking projects and creating dashboards in our management system.
  • Providing patent process administration.
  • Supporting and guiding senior leadership decision-making processes.

Education and Experience

  • BS/BA degree in the areas of Engineering, Sustainability, Product or Process Development
  • 2-3 years of professional experience – management experience a plus

  • Has broad knowledge of various business departments and their functions.
  • Excellent problem-solver, strategic thinker, and communicator (written & verbal).

  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities and people-management skills (high EQ).
  • Strong at analysis and process development.
  • A good team-player, able to give and take honest, constructive feedback well.
