Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (temporary) to join our Share Services Platform to support our organization needs.  

Endeavour is the main hub—a self-sustaining incubation platform—within a larger ecosystem focused on sustainable infrastructure. It provides the space, time, and all necessary resources to take advanced technologies from ideation through development to launch. Because of Endeavour’s unique business model and ability to cut through red tape, work progresses quickly. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for assisting with all recruiting initiatives.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team. Reports to:
Corporate Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting Talent Acquisition research
  • Handling meeting follow-up
  • Support the Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring efforts
  • Coordinating the University Outreach efforts
  • Handling sensitive business and confidential information with discretion, tact, and diplomacy
  • Supporting the Executives and the organization in whatever capacity needed; embracing unexpected duties and projects as they arise
  • Managing the NDA process
  • Performing other recruiting functions as needed

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience working in recruiting
  • Experience working with C-Suite or executive management, a plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, a plus

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology systems

  • Self-directed and able to meet deadlines, make decisions, and manage time well
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, good listener and always receptive to constructive feedback
  • Experienced handling communications over multiple time zones
  • Flexible with schedule and able to work odd/off hours as necessary
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity
  • Shows enthusiasm for challenges, comfortable with change, and always ready to learn
  • Works well under pressure, meets deadlines and sees projects through to completion
  • Highly responsive, courteous, professional, reliable, and always uses good judgment
  • Savvy with computer and internet research
