Opportunity

TurboCell has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our team, working directly with Endeavour Technology Development team and focusing on the development of new products related to electric power and distribution.

Because of our dedication to efficiency and maintaining smooth operations, TurboCell is highly selective about the people we bring on board—our work depends on it. Therefore, the Project Manager must be agile and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person should be professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work equally as well independently as with a team.

CEO

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a project manager role.
  • Experience with project management software tools.

Specific Skills / Abilities

  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
