The Data Controls Intern is a vital member of Endeavour’s Platform Technology team and the Edged Platform Delivery team, working directly with the Platform Manager, Director of Technology and Operations, and Platform Delivery Program Managers. This role will focus on tracking data deliverables from project teams, organizing data from project documentation, and supporting project program managers in tracking data compliance. The Data Controls Intern needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.

• Audit project data and collaborate cross-functionally to communicate project deliverable constraints, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Validate accuracy and completeness of project turnover information.
• Read, interpret, and catalog equipment assets from construction drawings and submittals as required.
• Directly engage with project stakeholders to collect and organize project turnover data as required.
• Document data processes in support of digital project turnover strategy.
• Manage data migration between construction and operation platforms.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations staff, & Construction teams to train and evangelize digital project turnover strategy.
• Support data entry and cleaning within our digital twin database.

• Preferred undergraduate degree     candidates: Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical     Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management or related.
• Previous experience in construction     management or facility management internship preferred.

• Strong interest in digital twins, data, and construction management.
• Willing to perform administrative functions to support data integrity.
• Experience working with construction data.
• Independent, self-starter.
• Able to read and interpret engineering & construction drawings and specifications.
• Exposure to 3D BIM models a plus.
• Exposure to construction management, facility management, and project turnover tools is a plus.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.
