Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for an Energy Markets Intern to take part in our Summer Internship Program.

The Energy Markets Intern will support the efforts of the Endeavour Energy Markets team. The right candidate needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. • Develop foundational understanding of Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
• Understand utilities resource mix and their effect on end user carbon footprint, and how this differs across regulated and deregulated states by vertically integrated and horizontal utilities.
• Research utilities Integrated Resource Plans “IRPs” to inform company ESG strategy.
• Research and correlate ESG IRP goals with incumbent state policy.
• Interface with utilities to collect information around utility offered renewable programs.
• Compile research on peers to understand ESG benchmarks in the industry.
• Communicate findings concisely to the larger Endeavour team.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Interest in ESG initiatives and baseline knowledge of the landscape.
• Effective communicator who can distill complex topics concisely.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter.
