Leveraging his extensive background in business development and strategic marketing for companies like Dow Chemical, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Astrotech, Ajay will drive growth and commercialization of Endeavour’s Pact technologies.

The company’s forward-thinking approach is leading to groundbreaking projects like waterless cooling for data centers, ultra-efficient microgrids, clean low-cost fuel made from waste and other initiatives shaping a more sustainable future.
Endeavour’s Pact technology employs novel methods of creating zero-waste power at scale, including converting natural gas, biomethane feedstocks, and plastic waste to sustainable fuel for on-site power generation. Prior to joining Endeavour, Ajay served as Business Development Director at Astrotech Corporation, a maker of small-scale mass spectrometers, and previously held key leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Dow Chemical Company. His extensive experience working in natural gas, carbon capture, chemical manufacturing and other energy and industrial processing sectors provided him targeted insight and experience that will inform his work at Endeavour.
