NEW YORK, NY – June 26, 2025 – Endeavour is proud to announce the 2025 recipients of the Endeavour Women in Tech (EWIT) Scholarship, awarding a total of $40,000 to four exceptional students pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Each recipient was selected for her outstanding academic achievements, dedication to innovation, and commitment to driving positive change in her community.

The EWIT Scholarship is funded by the Endeavour Women in Tech (EWIT) group, a network of women across Endeavour and its subsidiaries who are passionate about advancing opportunities for women in technology. Through mentorship, education, and career development initiatives, EWIT is focused on disrupting the status quo and fostering the next generation of female leaders in STEM.

This year’s winners include two incoming college freshmen and two current undergraduate students, each awarded a $10,000 scholarship to support their academic journey. Their work spans cybersecurity, data science, robotics, and community-focused innovation.

Incoming College Students

As captain of her high school’s FIRST Robotics team, she mentored younger students and launched The Portland Alliance—a collective of 10 robotics teams dedicated to expanding access to STEM education. Mila also founded Student Technology Against Trafficking, which uses technology to help protect potential victims of human trafficking, and taught engineering classes in underserved communities and children's hospitals.

Current College Students

Ananya Kavatekar
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Data Science
Ananya is a Chancellor’s Scholar whose work applies data science to biomedicine, finance, and public policy. She co-founded InvoGenix, a startup streamlining medical documentation with AI to give physicians—especially in underserved areas—more time for patient care. As a researcher, she investigates global development funding issues and writes policy memos on ethical AI use. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to social impact and equitable innovation.

Rajvi Shroff
San Jose State University, Computer Science (Cybersecurity)
Rajvi is a two-time National Cyber Scholar with Honors and ranked in the top 35 nationally in the Girls Go Cyberstart competition.
