As a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in performance management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning, Lara will partner with Endeavour’s senior leadership to drive HR programs and policies that support Endeavour's mission and rapidly growing operation.

Lara brings more than a decade of HR leadership experience, most recently serving as a Senior Vice President and Global Human Resources Advisor at Citi where she supported HR functions for populations ranging from 1,100 to 6,000 employees. With experience spanning talent management and organizational development, she steps into her new role ready to create and support high-performing, diverse teams that can achieve ambitious business goals.
