Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator – EU Support, a professional who will be the first point of contact for Thermal Works European customers and staff, coordinating daily operations. The daily duties will include managing schedules and workflow, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating internal communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, Spanish, and Catalan at a minimum, a tech-savvy professional with prior experience in office management, client communication, and technical coordination. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a knack for problem-solving.
