At Endeavour, we believe in disrupting the status quo and raising the bar in everything we do. No one realizes this more than the changemakers that work here. Endeavour Women in Tech (EWIT) is an employee-driven initiative that was formed to break down barriers and transform the male-dominated world of technology and infrastructure from the inside out. From educational scholarships to championing career growth and opportunities, to fostering diverse candidates, leadership roles, and community involvement, our team knows that change matters.
Endeavour Women In Tech is founded on three pillars aimed at creating a supportive, inclusive environment to advance the professional goals and successes of women and to serve as an example for the empowerment and promotion of women in technology and infrastructure.

Four students recognized for leadership and innovation in STEM and community impact.
