This Women’s History Month, we're shining a spotlight on the incredible women leading the charge—bringing expertise, passion, and bold ideas to the table.
Celebrating Women Who Are Making an Impact
The tech industry is evolving, and women are at the forefront of that change. At Endeavour, we're thrilled to recognize four powerhouse women who are shaping the future with their leadership, resilience, and innovation.
Cassandra Seitz, Senior Recruiting Manager for Edged
“With over a decade in talent acquisition, my goal is to create meaningful career opportunities. It’s not just about filling roles—it’s about helping people find work that adds value to their lives and makes them feel valued.”
Cassandra is a recruiting powerhouse who transforms hiring into human connection. Inspired by Barbara Walters’ trailblazing grit and Mel Robbins’ boundary-setting wisdom, she’s learned to wield her natural empathy as a professional superpower. “I care deeply about ensuring I impact others positively,” she explains. “Our work lives demand so much of us—we should feel appreciated in return.”
Her approach has redefined Edged’s talent strategy, building their reputation as an employer of choice through authentic engagement and candidate-centered processes. “Never diminish yourself to delight others,” she advises—a principle that shines through her work mentoring candidates and advocating for equitable hiring practices.
Janay Green, Process & Document Administrator at Edged
“One of the best pieces of advice I’ve received is: ‘You’re exactly who they need.’ It’s easy to doubt yourself when faced with something new, but my unique perspective and skills could be the missing piece.” Janay lives this mantra daily, approaching every challenge with her signature scrappy mindset—ready to dive in, learn, and support her team.
“Women in tech are making moves—more seats at the table, but retention needs work,” she observes. Having benefited from mentors who spoke up for her “in passing comments and small nudges,” Janay is dedicated to paying it forward, ensuring Edged’s progress matches its potential.
Janay is a master at making processes smoother, teams stronger, and operations more efficient. With expertise in service delivery, contract management, and project oversight, she ensures everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Her ability to streamline and collaborate makes her an essential force at Edged.
Nicole Katarzyna Landmesser, Marketing Manager at Endeavour
“Leadership isn’t about fitting into a mold—it’s about carving your own path and bringing others along with you.” Nicole embodies this philosophy as both a marketing innovator and champion for women in tech. When stepping into her EWIT VP role, she didn’t just fill the position—she reimagined it, helping grow the group to over 40 members while fostering intimate connections through intentional community-building.
Her “make it happen” energy builds inclusive spaces where team members feel valued, whether she’s collaborating across departments or advocating to leadership. By balancing strategic vision with genuine connection, Nicole proves transformative leadership starts with bringing others along.
Victoriya Kelyman, Assistant Project Manager, Project Delivery at Edged
“A woman who truly inspires me is my mom. Her leadership isn’t about titles - it’s about impact.” This philosophy guides Victoriya’s approach as she navigates Edged’s rapid growth, consistently rising to meet new challenges. Colleagues highlight her adaptability: “When faced with unexpected responsibilities, she steps up to both learn and deliver results with impressive dedication.”
At Edged, Victoriya is someone who ensures projects don’t just get planned—they get delivered with precision and excellence. From cost management to contract oversight and quality control, she makes sure every detail is accounted for. Her ability to turn ideas into reality is making a lasting impact in the industry.
Now an advocate for women in construction tech, Victoriya balances technical precision with human-centered leadership. “I’ve seen our progress in diversity, but we need mentorship that aligns with women’s career goals,” she observes—pushing for changes that will help others thrive as she has.
The Future is Inclusive, Innovative, and Bright
These women—and so many others at Endeavour—are making tech more dynamic, inclusive, and impactful every day. While we take this month to celebrate their contributions, our commitment to fostering diversity, leadership, and innovation is a year-round mission.

This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the trailblazers who aren’t just making a difference today but are paving the way for the leaders of tomorrow.
At Endeavour, change isn’t just happening—it’s being driven by women who refuse to settle for anything less than extraordinary.
