Building on the foundation and success of the inaugural Women In Tech’s leadership team, Endeavour is pleased to introduce our new President, Elda Bruza.
With a background in civil engineering and over 15 years of data center experience, Elda is an industry veteran with an eye to the future–and the role women need to play in the industry.
Inspired by the talent and dedication of her peers during two years as an E-WIT member, Elda chose to take on a more active role. Spearheading the 24 members of the E-WIT group, Elda has a big vision. Says Elda, “As the President of E-WIT, my goal is to explore avenues to equip women with skills and opportunities to strengthen and advance their careers within Endeavour and the broader tech industry. When our leadership/c-suite table is made up of 50/50 men and women, I would say I’ve reached my goal.”
