Endeavour’s Pact group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator. We currently have 3 active projects. In this position you will work directly with the research & development groups of each project and support the daily and administrative operation of our multiple product development. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our environmental mission and the global shift to sustainable infrastructure and that will help in delivering this impactful product to the community.

The Senior Project Coordinator needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally well as independently as with multiple teams. Pact values efficiency and strives to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and work with multiple project teams.
  • Have comprehension of strategies and technical operations to transfer to marketing vendors and finance department.
  • Have data management and analysis skills.
  • Perform day-to-day office management and administrative duties (PO management, vendors follow-up, shipping/receiving tracking, etc.) for multiple projects.
  • Prepare Meeting minutes and action items for multiple projects.
  • Interface with key stakeholders and leadership to define project strategy, scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules for each project.
  • Assist in the development of company documents and processes for tracking the product development process of each project.
  • Update project schedules
  • Manage a budget and purchase order log for multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors and key partners to track project completion and deliverables.
  • Aid in the organization and storage of project directories
  • Prepare RFPs and bidding documents (Leveling sheets, RFPs, schedule of values, etc.)
  • Work closely with leadership to track priority items and drive project efficiency
  • Build a team as our products become more mature in their development cycles and require more dedicated managers and administration help.

Education and Experience

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience in working with AI to enhance relevant tasks and predictability of pathways.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field that enhances cross discipline communication skills. Technical degree is not required, but psychology, management, marketing degrees are helpful.
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative and office management experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant program management experience with clear demonstration of participating in strategies, operational details, documentation and administrative duties.
  • Experience in data management and analysis.
  • Experience with program management during product design phase.

Specific Skills / Abilities

  • Must have experience with AI working in a practical technology application.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Project).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking and communications skills.
  • Prior experience working in engineering and Research & Development environments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams.
